Currently working on version 2.0 of the rule set. Basic draft of the rules is done and being shared with my testing group.
"Karma" becomes a defining theme of the game. Rather than focus on faction tiers or reputation, it will focus on favors/debts with factions, with significant gameplay ramifications
"Karma" will no longer be a reskinned form of Blades in the Dark stress; it is an entirely new, core mechanic centered on PC's ideals, rebellion against a corrupt system, and temptation to compromise themselves for greater power
Streamlined rules, no longer requiring players to memorize different systems for magic, Matrix, or rigging skills
The game will move away from the Shadowrun IP to a cyberpunk fantasy theme, with tools for your group to design your own cyberpunk dystopia. Your group can still decide to play in the Shadowrun world, of course.
