Based on 4 months of testing rules for v2.1, I went ahead and moved into development of 3.0. Below is the progress on 3.0. The stages are:

GM Toolkit: in progress
Appendix - Random Generators/Sandbox Tools: drafted
My goals are to get everything to the layout stage by end of August. Since I will lose 10 days at the end of the month for a work trip, my next goal is to have everything go to layout in September and be ready for publication by the 1 year anniversary of 1.2's release at the end of September.
Version 2.0 was delayed by a computer dying, corrupted files, and needing to switch layout programs. Since I basically have to re-create the entire document it has unfortunately set back the release time.
Aiming to have 2.0 out no later than end of August.
